IBEX IT Business Experts, LLC is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team in the position of HR Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist. As an HR Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist you will perform a variety of tasks to ensure a successful hiring and onboarding experience, including recruiting, interviewing, all facets of onboarding, entering, and maintaining accurate data in HR systems, and monitoring and improving employee retention and engagement. This position is also tasked with assisting the HR Generalist and IBEX Management serving as a general HR resource for the company. This role is highly visible and collaborative and will enjoy a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.


The successful candidate will be assisting in the complete recruiting cycle, provide support for the department, strive to deliver excellent customer service, dedicating focus to the success of internal/external customers, and ensure data for employment records in the HRIS are updated regularly with accuracy. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must Have the ability to work in the United States.
  • Education: Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, or industry-related field required and/or work equivalent.
  • Experience: Must have a minimum of two (2) years Human Resources related function or a similar customer support experience.
  • Must have strong written and oral communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including social perceptiveness?an awareness of another person's reactions.
  • Ability to build and develop relationships
  • Experience in writing job descriptions
  • Experience using traditional and non-traditional talent sourcing techniques.
  • Working with a Multi-state hiring process
  • Must always maintain confidentiality and integrity
  • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, simultaneously
  • Ability to execute initiative, independent judgement and be a self-starter who performs daily tasks with minimal supervision, and as a team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Calendaring and scheduling experience
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology
  • A proven track record of data integrity

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Master?s Degree in Human Resources, or industry-related field required and/or five (5) +years? work equivalent.
  • SHRM Certified
  • Experience performing full life cycle recruiting for a broad range of positions is preferred including initiating background checks, drug screens, hiring-assessments or generating offer letters
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking and HRIS systems

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the creation and tracking of employee job requisitions and job descriptions
  • Recruit and coordinate interviews, reference checks, candidate screening and documentation for staff hiring
  • Assist with full life cycle recruiting, to include but not limited to working alongside hiring managers to determine position requisition requirements, posting and monitoring positions on job boards, source, and screen candidates (cleared and uncleared, covering a broad range of positions that vary in complexity), identify qualified candidates, arrange and participate in interviews
  • Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) for candidate management
  • Set up and schedule meet-and-greets for interviewees, hiring managers, employees, and department heads
  • Perform pre-employment onboarding and candidate communication activities, such as: (but not limited to) reference checks, background checks, drug testing, obtaining compensation approval, drafting letters of offers, initiating access requests, and completing any internal documentation
  • Assist with the reporting new employees through E-Verify and appropriate state employment agencies
  • Conduct new hire and benefits orientation to build a strong foundation for new employees and increase employee engagement
  • Work with employees to answer benefits questions and assist in processing life events and open enrollment elections
  • Maintain human resources records for applicants and employees
  • Assist in the development of policies and procedures
  • Coach management and teams to promote and facilitate career growth and development
  • Assist with government contract proposal efforts by providing salary information and qualified candidates as requested
  • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality
  • Documents and tracks human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
  • Assist with exit process for departing employees
  • Participate and supports team initiatives to drive continuous improvement efforts, departmental goals, and projects
  • Answer and direct departmental email and phone calls
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Work Environment:


This job requires work to be completed in an office setting using standard office equipment. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds.


APPEARANCE: All personnel shall be attired in business casual clothing for daily work.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:


This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, and requires you to align with IBEX?s core business hours of 9 am and 5 pm EST
