Adecco is currently recruiting for a bilingual (English-Spanish) Customer Service Representative to work full time, temp-to-hire in Franklin, MA. Hours are either 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and the hourly pay rate is $20. To apply click on Apply Now.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure that we deliver on our promise of outstanding service. You'll work with customers, business partners and drivers to make sure we are meeting our commitments and delighting our customers at every step of the experience.

This work must be performed on site in Franklin, Massachusetts. Applications from outside of the Franklin area will not be reviewed.

Duties:

  • Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.
  • Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner.
  • Diagnose, assess and resolve problems or issues.
  • Monitor progress of delivery routes.
  • Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps.
  • Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.


Requirements:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Great communication skills including a clear professional voice.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues.
    Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.


Preferred, but not Required:

1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
