VIE HR Project Coordinator, New Energies (W/M) - Troy (US)
Missions:
The VIE Project RH is responsible for providing overall support to the various HR projects within the USA team.
The VIE will provide support to the HR New Energies and the entire USA team from a generalist point of view on points within the country administration.
The VIE will be the link between the Division and the country in order to support the implementation of new HR projects.
Responsibilities:
Support the HR in his activities (KPIs analysis, creation of presentations, ect.).
Training management support in My Learning Place
Support career fairs and recruiting.
Immigration support – VIE’s, Visa renewals, etc.
Management of the monthly HR reporting in Enablon.
Personnel administrations support and payroll management assistance.
Support Internal Audits – CQA, IATF, E&Y, benefit audits, etc.
Cycle Reporting – AAR, people review, salary review, etc.
Support the implementation of new HR projects in the country in link with the Division.
Compensation – Annual merit process support, local wage analysis, compensation review support
Support Benefits & Compliance

Activities:
Perform HR generalist activities at the Troy site and support the other sites in USA.
Complete analysis on the metrics and create standard reports to support the HR New Energies
Support compensation analysis process for the country with the the HR New Energies
Maintain, manage, and establish human resources Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for Troy site.
Support the implementation of new HR projects and process in the country in link with the Division.
Manage the data quality between ADP and Opteam to ensure the quality of the data in all the country.
Support the people review and annual performance review processes across the country.
Assist with immigration items include visa processing, green card applications, and general inquires.
Assist in leading all internal audits for Troy – CQA, IATF, E&Y, Benefits Audits, etc.
Align responses on all internal audits across the USA.
Profile:
Personal Background
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources with focus on generalist activities, compensation and benefits, policy management, and full cycle data management.
Experience working in the automotive and/or manufacturing industry strongly preferred
Skills & Abilities
English (written and oral)
Excellent communication skills: oral and written
Excellent presentation skills
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
Self- motivated

Ability to travel as needed 5 – 10% (internal meetings, recruitment events, plant visits)
