Tech Manual Developer II
Location: Washington DC
Pay Rate: $45 - $55 per hour Depending on Experience
Hours: 8am – 5pm (9/80 scheduled) Monday – Friday

Job Description:
We are seeking a documentation analyst to support the creation and updating of documentation to support Information Technology. This will include

  • Converting existing documentation to Confluence.

  • Work with a range of IT professionals to create and update documentation supporting a range of IT Services

  • Migrate current documentation to Confluence

  • Support the updating of technical information in Confluence

  • Collaborate with team members to improve existing documentation to make it more engaging and useful

  • Review documentation for formatting, grammar, and spelling errors

Requirements

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance

  • 2 Years of Experience with writing and updating technical documentation

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with partners and government officials

  • Ability to obtain and maintain Common Access Card (CAC) along with badge access to the customer’s facility

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a network account in good standing on the customer’s network.

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

Preferred

  • Experience with Confluence

  • Background in Information Technology
