Position: Human Resources Manager

Location: Teaneck, NJ (Hybrid Work Schedule must be able to be in office weekly)

Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 (Depending on Experience) + Bonus

Responsibilities:

Be the HR Maverick: As the sole member of our HR department, you'll be the go-to guru for all things HR-related.

Policy Pro: Keep our policies and procedures in tip-top shape, ensuring they comply with local, state, and federal laws.

Recruitment Rockstar: Lead the charge in finding top talent, from creating job postings to wowing candidates in interviews and negotiating salaries.

Background Check Jedi: Use your super-sleuth skills to conduct employment history, reference checks, and background screenings.

Compassionate Counselor: Manage employee counseling notices, orientations, and separation procedures with empathy and professionalism.

Description Dynamo: Keep job descriptions up-to-date and handle the nitty-gritty of work-related injuries.

Permit Picasso: Assist in maintaining licenses, permits, insurances, and certifications – you'll be our permit Picasso!

Performance Picasso: Oversee performance evaluations and help our team members set and crush their annual performance goals.

Record-Keeping Whiz: Keep our personnel records accurate and audit-ready at all times – you'll be our record-keeping superhero!

Performance Pro: Implement processes to measure, assess, and improve HR department performance – because we're all about continuous improvement!

Policy Picasso: Develop, review, and recommend changes to HR policies and procedures – you'll be our policy Picasso, shaping the future of our HR landscape!


Qualifications:

Education Extraordinaire: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree a plus – because we love to see those extra credentials!

HR Hero: Minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resources as a generalist or manager – we're looking for someone with HR superpowers!

Regulation Guru: Knowledge of multi-state HR rules and regulations – because compliance is our middle name!

HR Whiz: Strong understanding of HR principles and practices – because we need a HR whiz to lead the way!

Tech Titan: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – because we love tech-savvy superheroes!

Communication Champion: Excellent oral and written communication skills – because clear communication is key!

Detail Dynamo: Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic – because we believe in getting the job done right!

Collaboration Captain: Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate across departments – because teamwork makes the dream work!
