Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is looking for an action-oriented leader to Manager (Level K) our Supply Chain Analytics team as a part of the Data Analytics & Digital Integration (DA&DI) organization located in Berkeley, MO or Ridley Park, PA.
As the first line manager, you will lead the team responsible for the development and support of several digital tools within BDS Supply Chain. These digital tools are responsible for providing analytics reports that support our internal supply chain stakeholders with actionable insights to make decisions to run the business. The development of new capabilities within these tools is a key responsibility of this role.
Supporting the strategic execution of our existing tools is one aspect of the role. You will be diving “down-and-in” with the team to solve technical problems as well as understand the foundational impact of major technical decisions as we continue to evolve our data and application ecosystem. In addition, you’ll support “up-and-out” partnering with other senior leaders across organizations to ensure we are focused on the right things for transforming our supply chain execution. The team operates in an agile framework to meet our customer commitments with the highest quality, so bringing in agile experience and expertise is a key component to success.
Another aspect of the role will be to expand the teams’ current view to bring in new capabilities of advanced analytics with predictive capabilities into the team’s work products. Aligning our data sources to support machine learning application development which will ensure the appropriate technologies to advance the supply chain capabilities to prevent issues from occurring before they happen.
Position Responsibilities:
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Summary pay range: Min: $140,250 – Max: $203,550
