Plastic Omnium Module division develops, assembles and delivers complex, just-in-sequence modules for mass production. Regional responsible for the european Logistics, new project launches, supply chain setup and packaging design processes:
  • Disciplinary and functional Management of Supply Chain Designer in Europe
  • Outbound and inbound Logistics-Planning for new projects in line with project parameters - incl. JIS requirements
  • New projects coordination / development of supply chain layout, materials and workflow planning
  • Develop, steer and coordinate packaging design process in line with technical and commercial requirements incl. leasing coordination
  • Coordiante customer and supplier call off concepts and project dedicated IT architechture
  • Steer and development of Supply Chain Methods needed for new projects
  • Practice and manage continuous improvement processes including cross project best practice analytics including
  • Close teamwork with
    • Purchasing in the field collabroation with suppliers - design to functionality and -cost on packaging design, sourcing methods/ -decisions, negoation as well as continuous domain strategy alignment
    • Industrial Engineering, Industrial Operations, and Health and Safety on optimal plant layouts with aligned safety considerations and aligned integrated internal supply concepts
