Role Overview: As a Logistics Manager here, you’ll be at the heart of our supply chain operations, ensuring the seamless flow of products from production to our customers’ hands. You’ll take the lead in managing our 3PL partner, overseeing warehousing, transportation, distribution, and inventory management with the goal of exceeding customer expectations every step of the way.

Location: On-Site, Los Angeles Area

Salary Range: $140-$150k

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our 3PL partner to optimize warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with logistics providers, negotiating contracts and service agreements to drive cost savings and service improvements.
  • Monitor transportation activities to ensure timely delivery of goods while minimizing freight costs and carbon footprint.
  • Implement inventory control measures to prevent stockouts and overstock situations, optimizing inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and technology solutions that enhance supply chain efficiency and visibility.
  • Continuously evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to track logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities to innovate and drive competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics management, preferably in the beauty or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and systems, such as ERP, WMS, and TMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in logistics and transportation.
  • Passion for sustainability and social responsibility, aligned with our values.
