The primary purpose of your job position is to:

  • Assist the Administrator/DSD/DON/ in administering policies and implementing facility orientation.
  • Ensure accurate entry of all payroll related data and timely processing of the company's multi state and multiple payrolls. The payroll specialist will provide general payroll information, reports and support to ancillary departments.
  • Organizing and tracking all accounts payable, specifically ensuring the payment of all bills, and itemizing the monthly credit card statement.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Two years of college education preferred.

2 years of administrative experience, preferably within an HR department is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
