Overview:
We are currently seeking an accomplished Head of Human Resources to join our organization. In this pivotal role, you will lead all human resources activities, encompassing recruitment, performance management, benefits administration, and employee assessments. The successful candidate will have a solid track record in leadership roles and a comprehensive knowledge of labor and employment laws.
Responsibilities:
· Design and implement HR strategies that support the business's strategic objectives.
· Direct the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing potential candidates to interviewing and onboarding.
· Implement effective performance management systems to track and enhance employee performance.
· Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal standards.
· Conduct regular employee reviews to foster development and provide constructive feedback.
· Monitor legislative changes in employment law and ensure the company's HR practices comply.
· Collaborate with senior leaders to formulate and apply HR policies and practices.
· Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee records.
· Address employee relations issues and advise on conflict resolution strategies.
Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
· Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices and a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
· Proven expertise in managing benefits and employee compensation programs.
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
· Effective problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
