Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Human Resources to join our team. The Director of Human Resources will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of human resources management within our organization, ensuring compliance with labor laws, promoting a positive workplace culture, and supporting the strategic objectives of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and oversee HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
- HRIS System Oversight: Manage and optimize the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy.
- Succession Planning: Develop and implement succession planning strategies to identify and develop talent within the organization.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support the company's long-term objectives.
- Budget Development: Prepare and manage the human resources department budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Claims Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations into employee claims and grievances, ensuring fair and impartial resolution.
- Supervision of HR Staff: Provide leadership and guidance to the human resources team, fostering a culture of teamwork and professional development.
- Consulting: Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters, providing guidance and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Compliance: Stay abreast of changes in labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and minimizing legal risks for the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in human resources management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
- SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
