Key Role:
Apply comprehension of both quantitative and qualitative analyses and recommendations to improve organizational performance through changes to strategy, organization structure, process, human capital or culture, IT, enterprise cost reduction, management practices, and cost drivers. Apply expertise in working with the Defense Program, Planning, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process. Leverage expertise in program management, including grasping project scope, cost, and time in concert with appropriation law quickly.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in working with financial systems, budget processes, and analysis of budget management and execution
Experience with project and program management
Experience with using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with analysis of strategic financial and budget execution
5+ years of experience with PPBE
Experience with Spectrum Relocation Funds (SRF)
Experience with preparation and attendance of regular meetings, including monthly, quarterly, and annual for task and project execution and tracking of budget execution for each project or program area
Experience with compiling Obligation and Expenditure data, including data by project number, military department or agency, or account
Ability to request apportionments through the Congressional Notification Process
Ability to track projects by project number or title, military department or agency, and account
Top Secret clearance
Master's degree
Certified Defense Finance Manager (CDFM) or Level II Financial Manager (FM) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
