Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Corporate Trainer to join our team. The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for developing, and delivering training programs to employees at all levels within the organization. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with public speaking. Must be able to travel throughout Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas. Comfortable working in a Corporate and a Clinical setting.
Duties:
- Conduct training needs & assessments to identify gaps and develop appropriate training solutions
- Design and deliver engaging training programs using a variety of instructional techniques and formats
- Develop training materials such as manuals, presentations, and multimedia visual aids
- Collaborate with department managers to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in Corporate or Clinical trainings.
- Strong communication and public speaking skills
- Knowledge of curriculum development, instructional design, and program design
- Ability to collect and analyze data to measure training effectiveness
