Job Title: Human Resources Admin
The Human Resources Admin supports overall department including but not limited to HRIS, benefits, disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity; occupational health and safety. Must be a self-starter with the ability to balance conflicting points of view, demonstrate discretion, integrity and fair-mindedness and must be customer service oriented.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: (include, but not limited to):
- Be a highly visible, spirited ambassador of the company and its core values to the employees
- Development and management of employee training (onboarding and continuous education)
- Support Annual Review process with managers (annual merit increase)
- 401k/Roth management and support
- Responsible for recognition and morale program
- Verification of Employment
- Benefits support
- Coordinating recruitment with temp associates
- Onboarding and exit interviews
- All facets of required HR reporting
- Update internal postings
- Compliance
- Provide back-up support for entering and maintaining new employees and all changes in HRIS platform
- Filing, scanning, auditing and data entry
- Company event support
- Provide unbiased support to management and employees
- Maintain confidentiality
- Perform other tasks and projects as needed and assigned by manager
Educational and Skill Requirements:
- 2-year college degree is preferred
- 2-4 years of experience utilizing Paycom or similar HRIS software is required
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office including a minimum of intermediate Excel experience required
- Bilingual in Spanish is required; assisting other departments in need of a translator and proof reading of documents.
- Must possess strong English verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate in a positive and courteous manner
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent follow-up skills with the ability to follow-through to completion.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, changing environment
