Current Need

We are seeking an Associate Pricing Manager to join our team in Richmond, VA.

Position Description
This vital role is responsible for tactical management of customer value through price performance and supports the formation, maintenance, and curation of segment pricing strategies. Outside of pricing this individual is expected to understand drivers of AOP and be able to explain trends in the business their responsible for.

The associate pricing manager builds and maintains pricing expertise in customer value, market factors and transaction levers. Through purposeful partnership, uses this expertise to assist in realization of the business strategy and objectives.

As a teammate, the associate pricing manager serves as a coach and mentor. They leverage skills and experiences to elevate the performance and success of peers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Principle pricing partner to sales teams. Specifically MMS Home Infusion Therapy, Strategic Accounts, and Inside Sales accounts.
  • Analyzes financial and non-financial impact of pricing levers.
  • Works and thinks well independently with strong time management skills
  • Assist with primary/secondary pricing intelligence research.
  • Evaluates/develops/improves pricing infrastructure.
  • Demonstrates intellectual curiosity
  • SQL or similar programming language desired
  • Ability to work on and prioritize multiple tasks, competing priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with developing business summaries in power point.
  • Maintains critical relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Assists with other ad-hoc analytics, projects, and requests.

Minimum Requirements
5+ years combined pricing, finance and/or similar experience

Advanced to expert Microsoft Excel

Intermediate to advanced SQL or equivalent

Intermediate PowerBI, Tableau or similar product

Critical Skills

  • 3+ years advanced financial/analytical modeling
  • 3+ years pricing strategy/management
  • 2+ years big/complex data experience
  • 2+ years communicating/presenting to all leadership levels

Desired Knowledge & Skills

  • Experience with Home Infusion Therapy market space
  • Experience with $100 million+ sales accounts
  • Experience with inside sales accounts
  • Healthcare and/or Supply Chain
  • Excellent financial acumen

Education
MBA preferred in finance or related field or equivalent experience

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$90,800 - $151,300
