My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced **Vice President, Plant Manager** to join their Executive Team and lead their Sheridan, IN facility. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all facets of plant operations, driving excellence in production, quality, safety, engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives. Join them as they continue to set the standard for precision machining excellence. Located near Westfield, IN.

$130,000-$150,000 with 20% annual bonus

Key Responsibilities:

· Strategically plan and coordinate manufacturing operations across production, machinery, processing, and shipping departments.

· Ensure alignment of production schedules with facility capabilities, customer requirements, and financial objectives.

· Lead materials replenishment efforts, uphold quality standards, and monitor performance metrics to drive organizational success.

· Spearhead the investigation and implementation of innovative manufacturing processes to enhance cost efficiency and product quality.

· Manage manufacturing cost structures, keeping operational expenses within budgetary constraints while exploring avenues for cost reduction.

· Establish and maintain documentation protocols, ensuring accurate record-keeping of all operational activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field; master's degree preferred.

· Minimum 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in plant management and engineering, preferably within the precision machining industry.

· Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and practices (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, TPM), with a track record of applying these principles to drive operational excellence.

· Demonstrated servant leadership style, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower team members to foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.

· Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, enabling effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

· Strong commitment to customer satisfaction, quality standards, and safety regulations.
