Express Employment Professionals is hiring a "Plant Manager" for a business in Toole County (Shelby MT).

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

The Plant Manager's Responsibilities:

• Leads safety training with employees.
• Manage employees: Process Payroll, PTO Requests, Oversee the Hiring Process, Conducts Disciplinary Action and Performance Reviews / Promotions, and Trainings.
• Track and update: Daily Ops, Daily Production, and Inventory.
• Orders parts and supplies for maintenance.
• Oversees production.
• Coordinates waste removal.
• Oversee and schedule in-house Maintenance – All equipment including safety equipment, and troubleshooting broken equipment.
• Attend relevant Microsoft Teams Meetings.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Knowledge of NetSuite, preferred
• Travel: 10% required
• High school diploma, a bachelor's degree, or a combination of prior work experience and education.
