Job description:

The Aircraft Maintenance Technician – Sheet Metal will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining aircraft sheet metal components to ensure the safety and integrity of the customer’s aircraft. The AMT will work closely with other maintenance technicians, engineers, and support staff to uphold strict safety standards and maintain our aircraft in top condition.


Responsibilities:

  • Repair or replace damaged sheet metal components with precision and adherence to industry standards.
  • Conduct sheet metal modifications, installations, and structural repairs following engineering specifications.
  • Complete routine maintenance checks on aircraft sheet metal components to guarantee efficiency and safety.
  • Reads and interprets technical manuals and engineering drawings


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years extensive sheet metal experience
  • Experience in painting and corrosion control of aluminum parts
  • Experience working with a variety of aircraft types and models; King Air, PC-12, TBM
  • Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and maintenance practices
  • Proficient in using a variety of hand and power tools
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Valid A&P License
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
