Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking Software Systems Development Analyst. This position will be located in Roy, Utah; Huntsville, Alabama; Bellevue, Nebraska or Colorado Springs, Colorado and will support the Sentinel program.
What you'll get to do:
- Work with CPLM users and gather requirements, write use cases, champion feature development, and conduct user acceptance testing.
- Working with a variety of other systems such as Cameo, MES/ERP, and more program systems to write use cases, champion feature development and conduct user acceptance testing.
- Provide user support as need to program Level 1 support and individual users.
- Review proposed architecture and provide feedback to assist in IDE/PLM digital thread integrations.
- Apply design engineering experience to digital thread integration.

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
Job Qualifications:
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- Software Systems Development Analyst: 2 Years with Bachelors degree in relevant field of study; 0 Years with Masters; or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- US Citizenship with ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance and obtain Special Program Access.
- At least 1 year of development experience with ServiceNow.
- Competence as a developer utilizing ServiceNow’s App Engine to create applications and digital workflows.
- Proficient in the development of technical solutions such as JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell.
- Understanding of SQL database connections, object structures and queries.
- Ability to research new technologies for solution creation.
- Self-motivated, creative problem-solver who can adapt to new technologies and evolving customer requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills: ability to juggle multiple assignments and manage changing priorities.
- Great attention to detail and strong conceptual, analytical, and planning skills
- Capable of working independently as well as in a team and cross-team environment
- Ability to travel, on occasion, to support different locations.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Active DoD Top Secret security clearance or above.
- Current Security + Certification
- Ability and willingness to continuously learn and implement new processes.
- Dedicated to teamwork and be ability to work well in a team environment.
- Experience with Team Center Unified or Northrop Grumman CPLM
- Experience with NX Modeling
- Experience with manufacturing execution systems (i.e. Smart MES)
- Experience with CAMEO
- Experience with Middleware, such as Syndeia or eQube
- Experience with Object Oriented Programming
- Understanding of general networking principles
- Cloud architecture and integration
- Experience with Agile methodology.

Salary Range: $75,300 - $124,900
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
