Responsibilities:
This position will partner closely within Procurement, with suppliers, and cross-functional partners including the PFNA Office of Sustainability, R&D, Legal, and Finance to deliver PepsiCo’s pep+ goals related to packaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the PFNA Office of Sustainability, within Sourcing & Procurement, and suppliers to develop and execute a roadmap to deliver pep+ goals for 2025 and beyond.
- Lead the development and execution of sustainability initiatives focused on Packaging and Positive Value Chain initiatives of pep+ agenda which includes GHG reductions, material science, advanced recycling, partnerships, and policies.
- Partner with the Global Office of Sustainability and Procurement Category Leads to execute supplier sustainability surveys and identify workflows critical to achieve Positive Value Chain objectives.
- Represent PepsiCo Procurement at internal and external sustainability meetings, championing initiatives, and ensuring communication to the Senior Director and Procurement Leadership Team on progress.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, initiative, and influence skills to champion the pep+ agenda internally and externally.
Travel Required: 10-20%
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $102,800 - $172,100 based on a full-time schedule.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications:
- 7+ years of procurement, supply chain, engineering or finance experience required. Sustainability and technical packaging experience preferred.
- Bachelors degree in supply management, finance, engineering or Sustainability. MBA preferred.
- Strategic thinking and planning couple with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong financial acumen, analytical, and organizational skills
- Strong ability to develop ideas and recommendations, and then present and influence across business units, functions, and various levels of management, up to highest executive levels
- Excellent external/supplier negotiations skills
- Ability to independently manage programs and successfully function in an ambiguous environment and minimal oversight
