Job Details:

• Responsible for reviewing open orders with the company president and VP to develop a monthly production schedule.
• Once a schedule is set, the manager works with staff to order materials, establish job assignments, and monitor daily progress toward meeting shipping schedules.
• The manager is responsible for overseeing that products are manufactured to established standards.
• Has input in setting standards for new products in conjunction with company President and VP of sales.
• The average workforce will be 25 to 35 employees.

Education:

• Ideally a graduate with a 4-year degree in Furniture Manufacturing with some Engineering training, or 4-year degree in Business Management, or equivalent work experience.
