• Solve complex problems related to infrastructure cloud services and build automation to prevent problem recurrence. Design, write, and deploy software to improve the availability, scalability, and efficiency of Oracle products and services. Design and develop designs, architectures, standards, and methods for large-scale distributed systems. Facilitate service capacity planning and demand forecasting, software performance analysis, and system tuning.

• Support clients implementation of a continuous operations (COOP) resilient environment of on premise environments into Oracle Cloud approved environments.Support DEVSECOPS implementations as into use of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Kubernetes/Container based deployments and creating Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.Support onboarding or Migration planning to include the development of the onboard/migration roadmapAnalyze and assess the Mission Owner current on-premise and cloud computing environments to identify cloud computing capability needs and gaps. Include research and cost assessment/benefit of each alternative, risks, issues and dependencies.

• Web Server/Application Server/Database Administration

• Provide Web and Application Server and Database Administration services for Oracle based tools such as current versions of Oracle HTTP Server (OHS), WebLogic, Oracle Databases, and less common tools such as Apache based software Web Server servers to support Mission owner onboarding.
