Reports to the Director of Operations.

To be eligible for consideration for the Multi-Unit Restaurant Quality and Assurance Supervisor position, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

1. **Education**:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

2. **Experience**:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance or management role within the restaurant industry.
  • Prior experience managing multiple restaurant locations is highly desirable.
  • Experience in food safety, sanitation, and compliance with health regulations.

3. **Knowledge**:
  • In-depth understanding of food safety standards and regulations (e.g., FDA, USDA, HACCP).
  • Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures in a restaurant setting.
  • Familiarity with restaurant operations, including food preparation, storage, and service.

4. **Leadership Skills**:
  • Strong leadership and management skills to oversee multiple locations and teams.
  • Ability to train, coach, and develop staff in quality assurance protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey quality standards and procedures to team members.

5. **Analytical Skills**:
  • Analytical mindset to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in quality and efficiency.
  • Ability to analyze data related to food quality, customer feedback, and operational performance.

6. **Problem-Solving Abilities**:
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.

7. **Attention to Detail**:
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Ability to conduct thorough inspections and audits of restaurant facilities and operations.

8. **Organizational Skills**:
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to develop and implement quality assurance plans across multiple locations.

9. **Computer Skills**:
  • Proficiency in using computer software and applications for data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and software tools is a plus.

10. **Certifications**:
  • Certification in food safety (e.g., ServSafe) is often required or preferred.
  • Additional certifications related to quality assurance or restaurant management are beneficial.

11. **Adaptability**:
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel to different restaurant locations as needed.

12. **Ethical Standards**:
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and integrity in all quality assurance practices.
  • Compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
