As Manager of BevCon Execution, you will support leadership on Review Routines and Critical Commercial Milestones, while also serving as the primary Point of Contact for our Route to Market Organizations. Additionally, you will help to improve the execution capabilities of our organization by refining processes and developing/leveraging best-in-class analytics tools. This role is based in Frisco, Tx. Travel may be up to 10%.


What you will be doing:
As a pivotal player on our Execution Excellence Team, you will:
  • Collaborate with Route to Market (RTM) organizations to forge and fine-tune tools and processes, enhancing performance, communication, and execution.
  • Manage Routine KPI Reviews, ensuring proactive actions to drive improvements in identified gaps, demystifying execution challenges, and highlighting areas for optimization.
  • Wire with RTM/Bottling Partners to ensure that Execution activities and processes are conducted with Speed and Excellence - e.g. Innovation Readiness, Speed to Shelf, Voids, etc.
  • Develop insightful summary reports to support Leadership Routines (Townhalls, ELT, MOR, etc)
  • Engage with cross-functional leadership, distilling insights to identify value-added opportunities and shape our business landscape.
  • Leverage data analytics to sculpt, support, and spearhead initiatives that pinpoint sales execution improvement opportunities and refine processes.
  • Work with IT to improve & develop enterprise tools that advance our selling and execution capabilities - e.g. National Distribution Tracking, Bottler Item Availability, etc.

Requirements:
What you must have:
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in CPG sales/category analytics or related field
  • Power user of Excel and Powerpoint
  • Ability to synthesize and visually tell a simple and compelling story (via Powerpoint)
  • Attention to detail and comfort managing large data sets.
  • Self-motivated, fast learner, comfortable operating in fast-paced and fluid matrixed organization
  • Strong communication and project management skills—ability to carry out work independently.
  • Collaborative nature and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Desire to add value, no matter what the situation.

Preferred:
  • Previous experience in execution-focused roles, preferably within beverages or DSD industry.
  • Past experience/familiarity with CPG analytic tools - IRI, Margin Minder, Kantar, MicroStrategy
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence platforms like Alteryx, Power BI or Tableau Prep.
