As an HR Recruiter for our esteemed non-profit in Boston, you will play a pivotal role in talent acquisition and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of applicant tracking systems, onboarding training, and exhibit proficiency in the Microsoft Suite. This role involves drafting offer letters, conducting salary market benchmarking, and maintaining a 35-hour work week schedule, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to efficiently manage and track the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the Microsoft Suite, particularly in drafting professional offer letters and communications.
- Adhere to a 35-hour work week, Monday through Friday, offering a healthy work-life balance.
- Embrace a hybrid work method, with 2 days spent in the office and 3 days working remotely.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business or related field, with two or more years as a recruiter in a in a non-profit organization.
- Must have a full understanding of the recruitment life cycle.
- Strong communication, verbal and written, as well as strong relationship building skills are required.
- Excellent recruitment and onboarding skills are necessary.
- Experience working within an HR team preferred.
