The Professional Group is seeking a Floor Planning Analyst for our client LATAM Airlines , located in Miami International Airport .

The main objective for this position is to ensure the correct micro-planning and finance of the tasks associated with the work packages of The Cargo and Passenger aircraft maintenance in Miami (MIA-Fixed Location) and station(s) away from the fixed location on a recurring basis. He/she is the main link between Production and other departments (internal/external).

Responsibilities are as follow:

✓ Facilitate resources to obtain the highest level of productivity for production at the main base & out stations within the USA

✓ Generate a micro-planning of tasks & resources for all aircrafts

✓ Reduce or optimize aircraft on ground thru the creation of Gantts and others productivity excel files

✓ Deliver all financed work packages to production

✓ Monitor all pending requests by the Operation

✓ Coordinate additional resources available with Production

✓ Carry out any additional responsibility requested by management

Job Requirements

• BS/AA degree in Business Administration or similar careers
• At least to 5 years of professional experience
• A&P License (Desirable)
• Maintenance Experience for the followings : B767-B777 B787 and /or A320-A350.
• (Desirable)
• MS Office (Excel) - Google Sheets
• Bilingual: Spanish / English. Portuguese (Desirable)
• Must be able to work on different shifts, including nighttime, holidays and
• weekends.
