Yard / Warehouse Manager

Twin Resources, Inc. is a large Landscape Company located in Monmouth County serving the Tri-State area.

We are looking for a candidate to oversee the day-to-day operations of the yard and warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective utilization of available resources and staff, as well as, plan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt, storage, and delivery of tools, goods, and materials, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely execution.

They will need to develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity also, establishing and maintaining inventory control and stock management systems to ensure accurate stock levels, minimize stock discrepancies, and meet customer demands.

Responsibilities:

· Planning, managing and coordinating all warehouse and yard activities.

· Receive and document all incoming and outgoing tools and materials.

· Work with purchasing for any material deficiencies.

· Organize all pickups and deliveries to optimize efficiency.

· Restocks yard material inventory such as stone, mulch, soil, etc.

· Assign, track and monitors all equipment in and out of the yard and warehouse.

· Inspect and report any damaged equipment as it arrives.

· Keep the yard and warehouse neat, clean and organized.

Qualifications:

· 3 years’ experience in landscape construction.

· Valid Driver’s License.

· Experience operating forklifts and working with heavy equipment and trucks.

· Ability to lift heavy objects.

· Ability to speak English and Spanish.

· Self-starter with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse team.

· Ability to work with computerized inventory systems.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
