Due to our continued growth and success, we are seeking to expand our team with the addition of a full-time Landscape Designer in our New Jersey Office.

Position Summary:

Seeking Mid-Level or Senior Designer/Architect with minimum (5) years of experience to join the Design Department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Field of Major Study (if applicable): B.A. /B.S. /M.L.A. Degree in Landscape Architecture, or Horticulture preferred
• Entry Level Candidates 0-2 years of professional experience.
• Mid-Level Candidates 3-5 years of professional experience

Additional Qualifications:

• Include, strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Participate in design and construction meetings
• Demonstrate creative thinking

Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and MS Office are a must
• Proven experience with construction documentation
• Ability to produce high-quality graphics and computerized models in Lumion
• Candidates shall have the skills noted above, plus 5 or more years of qualified practice in a design firm
• Applicants shall possess knowledge with project estimating, contracts, and submittals
• Candidate may be required to work directly with clients, architects, and estimating staff for the coordination of project
• Additional requirements include strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to work in a collaborative environment, participate in design and construction meetings, and demonstrate creative thinking
