Job Title: Senior Manager, Account Products Pricing

Location: Vienna, VA (Hybrid within 30 miles, Remote beyond 30 miles)

Salary Range: $115,000 - $128,000 (Bonus based on company performance)

Position Overview: Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Account Products Pricing to join their team. The successful candidate will oversee a team of five senior-level professionals and play a pivotal role in developing processes, analyzing cost accounting data, managing day-to-day operations, and conducting thorough second-level reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize pricing processes to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
• Analyze cost accounting data points to inform strategic pricing decisions.
• Manage the day-to-day workload of the pricing team, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
• Conduct comprehensive second-level reviews of pricing strategies and proposals to mitigate risks and optimize outcomes.

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in pricing and accounting.
• At least 5 years of management experience, demonstrating strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and their application in pricing strategies.
• Background in federal acquisitions with proficiency in FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and DFAR (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation) requirements.
• Experience in pricing for both commodities and services, with a proven track record of success.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred, but not required.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Location and Work Arrangement: This position is based in Vienna, VA. For candidates living within a 30-mile radius, the role offers a hybrid work arrangement. For candidates residing beyond the 30-mile radius, remote work options are available.

Salary and Benefits: In addition to a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $128,000, the Senior Manager, Account Products Pricing position offers a bonus structure based on company performance.
