Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic purchasing professionals to join our team. The role involves leading our back-office teams in India, focusing on the effective implementation and adherence to purchasing processes through audits and training initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the purchasing back-office team in India.
• Ensure adherence to purchasing processes and systems through regular audits and training.
• Develop and maintain strong communication and relationships with internal teams and suppliers.
• Analyze procurement data to identify trends and improve procurement strategies.
• Implement change management initiatives to improve procurement processes and systems.
• Foster a collaborative, supportive, and result-oriented team environment.

Qualifications:

• Background in international purchasing and administration.
• Proficient in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, Power BI, and SAP.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
• Knowledgeable in supply chain management and supplier relationship management.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proactive, curious, and customer-oriented approach.
