Key Responsibilities:
- Develop visually appealing graphic representations of projects using computer-aided design and drafting
- Create stunning 3D renderings to showcase designs
- Utilize SketchUp for high-quality renderings
- Design planting plans to enhance landscapes
- Develop layout and grading plans for optimal land use
- Create irrigation plans for efficient water management
- Provide detailed landscape construction detailing
- Write landscape construction specifications
- Craft engaging project narratives
- Coordinate plan plotting and deliveries
- Thoroughly document project sites through comprehensive photo documentation
- Take precise as-built measurements of existing site elements
- Collaborate with customers to understand project goals
- Conduct finished plan presentations to customers
- Conduct thorough research on various plant materials to assist project managers
- Research materials required for design projects to determine availability and cost
- Prepare project submittal applications, including building permits
- Stay up-to-date with city and county codes and regulations
- Assist with plan plotting and delivery coordination
- Perform other assigned duties
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture OR 2-5 years of landscape design experience
- Preferred: License in Landscape Architecture in any US State
- Familiarity with GIS
- Proficiency in computer-aided design and drafting, including Autocad
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
- Skilled in Sketchup and hand drafting techniques
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
