The Contracts Manager position includes maintaining vendor and clinical and healthcare agreements, drafting contracts, and managing and re-negotiating contracts when necessary. Your responsibilities

• Draft, redline, review, and negotiate various agreements including clinical, healthcare, physician, procurement, general business, and vendor.
• Categorize internal and external requests on status of contracts
• Organize and maintain contracts database
• Operate the complete life cycle of the Company's contracts (from initial request to final signature and contract distribution)
• Utilize and manage contract repositories
• Provide overall support in contract administration functions for the coordination and oversight of requirements for compliance with the contract terms and conditions, along with relaying information to internal departments
• Manage a team of contract administrators and provide guidance and direction
• Direct and organize contract templates; achieve signatures on contracts
• Analyze client contract terms to align with Company's risk tolerance, and red-line documents as required for compliance
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree required, Juris Doctorate preferred
• Capable computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
• Handle reviewing and drafting non-disclosure agreements, like software evaluation and licensing agreements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Physician Employment Agreements
• Knowledge of Confidentiality Agreements
• Proficiency in Draft Agreements
• Non-disclosure agreements experience preferred
• General familiarity with Vendor Agreements
• Adeptness in Purchase Agreements
• Practical knowledge of Reviewing Contracts
• Contract administration experience highly preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of Supplier Agreements
• Solid understanding of Consulting Agreements
• Background in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize client matters and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent
• Ability to work effectively and cross-functionally, think practically and be solution-oriented
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to exercise good judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
• Very organized in order to track and monitor contracts for future obligations, expiration dates and other contractual deadlines
