Our facility is in Coatesville, PA and has an opening in our Production Department. This is a great opportunity for an individual with strong organizational skills to get into the aviation industry.
Our Aviation Maintenance Administrator position is a terrific opportunity to support our Director of Production in a dynamic, fast-paced, entrepreneurial company. Ideal candidates will enjoy and have experience relevant to inspect, receive, and create internal work orders with accuracy based on requirements for quality validation.

The ideal candidate offers:

• Review customer repair orders.
• Receive and processing parts into Operating System.
• Generate work orders based on customer requirements.
• Participate in onsite customer audits.
• Updating and reviewing work order status.
• Work with procurement to expedite parts to complete in house work.
• Other duties assigned by management.

Requirements include:

• Applicable work experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management (Excel and Outlook).
• Self-directed and cooperative in team efforts.
• Experience in roles requiring strong attention to detail.
• Ability to read and comprehend written and oral work instructions in English.
• Accustomed to meeting demanding and/or conflicting deadlines.
