Position: Warehouse Manager

Position Type: Full-Time In Person

Reports To: Director of Operations

Overseeing: Warehouse Technicians, Logistics Coordinator

Location: Orlando, FL

Travel: Very little travel required

Position Summary:

Digerati provides production for events across the country and has a warehouse facility based out of Orlando, FL. The warehouse manager’s role is to supervise warehouse staff, manage the warehouse facility, coordinate local pickups, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance, and ensure rental orders are pulled, packed, scanned out in our inventory software and shipped on time in a safe and efficient manner. When rental orders are returned, they must be return scanned in our inventory software, checked for quality control & returned to the shelves in a safe and efficient manner.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a safe and clean working environment is maintained for all employees.
  • Schedule, track, and supervise warehouse technicians within the allotted budget.
  • Communicate current project needs with staff.
  • Ensure all warehouse activities are properly completed including by not limited to:

a. Scan-out, pack, outgoing QC, and shipping

b. Receiving, incoming QC, returns, maintenance, repairs

c. Facility cleaning and maintenance

d. Fleet inspections, cleaning, and maintenance

e. Collaborate with production staff to improve order packaging to ensure success on-site.

  • Maintain proper levels of expendable / consumable items (i.e., tape, printer ink, toner, etc.).
  • Supervise truck packs and ensure proper and safe loading.
  • Supervise staff and ensure proper warehouse procedures and quality control standards are followed.
  • Coordinate local pickups and deliveries of sub-rentals and local rental orders
  • Coordinate and track vehicle maintenance.
  • Coordinate facilities repairs and maintenance.
  • Other duties as assigned

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
