WAREHOUSE MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY:

· Report directly to the branch manager

· Oversee all operations of the warehouse, yard, and delivery vehicles

· Manage warehouse and CDL driver staffing levels, training and accountability

· Strategically schedule and ensure accurate execution of deliveries

· Ensure inventory is accounted for and appropriately stored

· Oversee the maintenance and documentation of equipment

· Coordinate with inventory purchasers, outside and inside sales staff

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Strong leadership
• Able to clearly communicate verbally and in writing
• Basic math and computer skills
• Forklift certified (or willing to become certified)
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast paced environment
• Work independently or as part of a team

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Bending, pushing, pulling, standing, sitting for long periods of time

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

· Forklift: 1 year (Preferred)

· Warehouse Management: 1 year (Preferred)

· Pallet Jack: 1 year (Preferred)

· CDL Certification (Preferred)

Pay: $22 - $24 depending on experience. Daily OT after 8 hours. Paid weekly.
