Green Recycling is a leading textile recycling company located in Bloomington, IL is seeking a full time Warehouse Manager. Green Recycling is committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers and maintaining an efficient warehouse.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the warehouse, managing inventory, coordinating shipping and receiving, and leading a team of warehouse staff.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all warehouse operations and shipping/receiving
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety
• Manage and optimize warehouse space utilization to maximize storage capacity
• Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and high performance
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with sales team

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in a warehouse environment
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,649.40 - $54,954.12 per year
