The salary range for this role is:

$81,732.56 - $138,934.64

Responsibilities:

This position will ensure that warehouse operations are conducted in a manner that provides responsiveness to the needs of customers. Included in the scope of this position are: effective communication with sales, distribution, brokers, customers, production, quality assurance, and purchasing in order to assure satisfaction of the needs of the customer and on-time delivery.

  • Maintain communication with private label brokers, review and monitor customer orders.
  • Ensure that orders ship on time
  • Provide adequate follow-up to track shipments
  • Monitor, follow-up, and ensure that customer orders are delivered and received in accordance with customer needs
  • Stock and Inventory Control of Finished Goods and Materials and Supplies
  • Reconcile daily stock status and access inventory systems
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies to both inventory systems
  • Complete cycle counts and make necessary adjustments
  • Fresh Pack Production Reporting
  • Verify daily production totals
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and methods.
  • Quality and Food Safety
  • Assure Finished Goods and raw materials inventories are stored in accordance to quality and food safety policies and procedures.
  • Assure that finished products shipped with proper disposition.
  • Ensure all finished products have proper identification as required on lot tracking and traceability procedures.
  • Assists in the development, implementation and maintenance of Quality Systems to assure compliance with quality and food safety requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Applicable working experience related to warehousing and inventory in a food manufacturing setting Working knowledge of procurement software
  • - SAP or other ERP systems
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and priorities at one time
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills required
  • Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration, Business, Finance, and Supply Chain, or comparable degree; non-degreed candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of directly-related work experience.
  • Experience within a manufacturing setting, preferred.
