Job Summary:
The Warehouse Weekend Manager manages a team of Warehouse Associates by serving as a point of escalation and overseeing the team’s daily operations for our weekend work shift. The manager will act as a liaison between sales department and the Warehouse Shipping Department by delegating work to appropriate staff based on needs of the sales/customer request. This position reports directly to the Warehouse Manager.

Responsibilities:
Include, but not limited to:
- Manage the order printing process and delegation of workload on the weekend
- Manage the picking process for the Integration Center to ensure orders are picked in a timely manner and staged correctly on the weekend
- Delegate daily shipping related requests to team members
- Manage the processes of the shipping and picking departments on the weekend by ensuring systems and tools are up to date and the workload is being delegated appropriately on the weekend
- Manage the relationships with our freight/parcel carriers to ensure shipments are coordinated for pickup on the weekend
- Review day to day shipping processes to determine areas that need improvement
- Coordinate and assist in the completion of corrective actions to ensure inventory accuracy by working closely with the Quality Assurance team
- Enforce policy and procedure with staff, and follow up with disciplinary action when required.
- Act as a liaison between team and senior management to ensure all picking and shipping related tasks are prioritized by providing updates on progress.
- Complete employee performance evaluations, address personnel issues, and manage shifts
- Conduct research to determine root cause of any item discrepancies such as lost or missing products
- Assist Senior Management in interviewing, hiring decisions, and employee terminations
- Inventory replenishment for floor order picking
- Replenish shipping stations with supplies for Monday start
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years’ Warehouse experience
- Minimum 2 years Leadership Experience
- Must be able to communicate (verbal/written) in English
- Ability to operate a computer and navigate in a Windows based platform

Unique Requirements:
- Overtime and weekend work are available, and may be required throughout the year
- This position is expected to frequently bend, lift, walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Position requires the ability to move or lift up to 50lbs
Additional Information:
- The estimated annual pay range for this position is $50,000 - $100,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
