Communicate with the warehouse manager to assign and arrange staff workload

• Ensure workload arrangement can meet or exceed expected performance
• Oversee the maintenance of the inventory record system for stock items and consumable supplies
• Manage warehouse activities and employee performance
• Communicate warehouse staff regarding goals, deadlines and expected performance
• Coach warehouse staff to develop their competencies
• Ensure orders are processed in accordance with our customer service standards
• Participate in the company's training on Safety, Hazard Communication, and accident reporting, among others
• Perform other duties as assigned and assist other employees as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
