**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Auto Technician to join our team specializing in Volvo vehicles. The ideal candidate will diagnose, repair, and maintain Volvo cars to ensure customer satisfaction and vehicle performance. The Auto Technician will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing their expertise to troubleshoot issues and perform necessary repairs efficiently.

**Qualifications:**

• Certification from an accredited automotive technology program
• Proven experience working with Volvo vehicles or similar luxury car brands
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components
• Proficiency in diagnostic tools and repair equipment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently

**Responsibilities:**

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Volvo vehicles following manufacturer guidelines
• Diagnose complex problems and perform necessary repairs on engines, transmission, electrical systems, and other components
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and maintenance requirements
• Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used
• Stay up-to-date on new Volvo technology and repair procedures
• Ensure customer vehicles are returned in clean and working condition

**Physical Requirements:**

• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and parts
• Stand, stoop, bend, and work in tight spaces for extended periods
• Manual dexterity to use tools and equipment effectively
