Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Development or related field AND Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Required:
Fifteen (15) years or more of progressive experience in human resources, organizational effectiveness or total rewards including ten (10) or more years in a leadership role.
AND
Ten (10) or more years Total Rewards leadership experience with direct Compensation Committee experience.
AND Healthcare experience.
Highly analytical and data driven.
Highly developed interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, influence, listen, instruct, gives clear feedback and asks good questions.
A proven track record of building and developing a highly motivated and competent team capable of effectively supporting the organization.
Very strong results-orientation, follow-up and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Compensation Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
