Main objective:
Provides the leadership, strategy, design, and execution of an organization's human resources philosophy, programs and initiatives. Designs and develops an end-to-end human resources function to deliver talent acquisition, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, Occupational Safety and[AM1] [DP2] Health and employee support services for the Entire Human Resources in North and South America (Americas). Executes multiple high impact initiatives to achieve overall corporate goals.
Requirements:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive human resources strategy that is aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives in Americas
- Lead the company’s recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives to ensure access to top talent in Americas
- Develop & manage on boarding & Off boarding protocols
- Manage the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and programs to support human resources operations and maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure all HR functions are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in the US and in Latam region.
- Oversee the company's performance management program, including providing guidance and support to managers on performance reviews and disciplinary action
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
- Manage annual Healthcare benefit renewal process
- Manage Companies Workers Compensation program
- Develop and maintain positive employee relations by providing guidance and support to employees and managers
- Develops and implements the action plan of the Great Place to Work results, ensures that we remain qualified in all eligible countries.
- Prepare reports for the CEO Americas using business metrics and KPIs
Managerial Responsibilities:
- Manages relationships with internal & external recruitment teams
- Develops, motivates, and engage the People and Culture Team in the America’s region
- Hires and trains department staff.
- Organizes and oversees the schedules of department staff.
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy
