Computer Evidence Specialists has been selected by the Federal government to serve as the Federal Tobacco Compliance Check vendor in Nebraska. CES inspectors and underage purchasers will perform non-confrontational compliance checks on local tobacco retailers to ensure the sale of tobacco products to minors is restricted.
Ideal underage purchasers will be 16 – 19 years old, have a strong work ethic, and have sufficient free time to complete the assigned inspections with the inspector. Purchasers must complete the following forms which will be provided by CES: Parental Release, Medical Release, Underage Purchaser Agreement, Non-Disclosure Agreement and Commitment to Protect Non-Public Information.

Duties/Responsibilities:
· Identify and verify site address provided
· Complete short online training course
· Provide non-confrontational checks on tobacco retailers to ensure the sale of tobacco products to Underage Purchasers is restricted
· Site inspections are coordinated with an experienced adult Compliance Inspector with prior law enforcement related experience or employment with city/state government
· Purchaser will not deceive the retailer in any way
Required qualifications/skills:
· Must be under the age of 20 years and 9 months when performing any compliance check
· Must have Nebraska State ID
· Attention to details
· Strict adherence to deadlines and privacy
Other:
· Underage Purchasers will use valid identification and will not lie about their age
· Must complete a standard background check, if 18 years or older
