The Resort at Paws Up is seeking to add a Training Manager to our team. The role of the Training Manager is responsible for identifying and assessing training needs, creating tailored training plans, and implementing various training methods to enhance team members’ skills and performance. They monitor training program effectiveness, stay updated on training trends, and proactively reach out to leaders across the resort to look for areas of continuous improvement.
