This potentially long-term, temporary position is within the Office of Shared Administration’s Office of Human Resources Management, physically located at One Davis Square in Charleston, WV. The position reports directly to the Human Resources Compliance Manager and collaborates with employees in the Departments of Health, Health Facilities, and Human Services and a variety of agency staff to accomplish the following duties: Perform online screening of candidates being considered for hire. Ensure the validity of licenses/certifications.Review and conduct reference checks of candidates being considered for hire based on policies. Serve as a customer support contact via telephone, email inbox, and submitted forms regarding prescreening process and status updates.Provide exemplary customer service using professionalism, tact, and competency.Assist in creating system job aids and standard operating procedures.Maintain tracking reports.Under administrative direction, uses critical thinking skills to create, split, and disseminate reports to key stakeholders in multiple agencies.Attend and participate in meetings.Must be able to communicate professionally, both orally and in writing.Other duties and projects as assigned.
