SVP, Human Resources - Equifax Workforce Solutions (EWS)
This critical leadership role will provide broad-ranging HR partnership to Equifax largest and fastest growing business, and is a critical member of the global HR leadership team. EFX is looking for a Senior Vice President, Human Resources, who will be a change agent and strategic business partner to senior leadership in this fast-paced, global matrix environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong business acumen leveraged to shape talent and workforce strategies.
The SVP HR, will have primary responsibility of partnering with Business Unit Leadership and Global Human Resources Leadership to devise and implement human capital strategies, policies and programs to deliver on business commitments today, while continuing to enhance organizational processes, systems, and capability for the ongoing growth. They will utilize data driven insights to make informed decisions and improve processes in support of business and financial objectives. They will be data driven and partner to implement KPIs measuring progress of talent strategies in support of business and financial objectives.
As an active member and thought leader on both EWS and Global HR Leadership teams, the SVP HR will coach, advise, and influence senior leadership on all aspects of Human Resources management. As a strategic partner to senior leadership the SVP HR will play a key role in ensuring EWS capitalizes on being a cloud native, data and technology-driven organization.
The SVP, HR will lead the end to end people function for EWS, and as a hands-on leader, will be comfortable leading in a range of HR topics, including but not limited to:
Talent acquisition and management; activating employer brand
Succession planning
Training, learning, and development
Inclusion & Diversity and organizational culture
Employee relations
Compensation and rewards
Mergers & Acquisitions
What you'll do:
Develop talent, organization and workforce strategies that drive targeted business outcomes; translate strategies into holistic plans to meet business unit and enterprise objectives. Over the next 12-18 months, building product and D&A capabilities will be a substantial focus.
Strategic business partner and trusted advisor to EWS President and senior leadership focused on a broad-based and transformational talent agenda designed to recruit, develop and retain the very best innovative talent in the business
Drive culture and business transformation efforts leveraging change management, organization design, communication and best practices that drive talent attraction, retention and engagement.
Provide overall leadership and guide business unit human resources organization including workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, rewards, inclusion & diversity, talent management, employee relations, organization effectiveness, learning and development, M&A and other HR practices
Coach, advise and influence senior leadership on organizational design, talent succession, development, retention, performance management, succession planning and merger and acquisitions
Identify appropriate KPIs measuring progression of talent strategies against business needs and financial objectives
What experience you need:
Significant HR leadership, 15-20 years, in a large, complex and matrixed organization
Demonstrated career trajectory of successive promotions, they will have experience in leading the function for a similarly scaled business at the divisional or corporate level within a global, matrix organization.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and executive gravitas, projecting self-confidence and assuredness.
The candidate will bring energy, drive and excellent interpersonal skills, being able to interact, build effective relationships at all organizational levels, and manage key internal and external stakeholders.
