JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a seasoned Supply Chain Manager, your roles include:

· Sourcing and Procurement – Collaborate with vendors and Lead sourcing and procurement strategy

· Scheduling. Optimize production flow by coordinating materials, demand flow and constraints.

· Material Planning Optimization: Analyze demand patterns and adjust procurement plans.

· Inventory Management: Manage inventory optimization to achieve target inventory turns.

· Logistics and Supply Chain Optimization: Drive initiatives to improve the entire material flow process.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

· Relevant functional certifications (i.e APICS, CPIM, Certified Professional in supply management).

· Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt/Black Belt) is preferred.

· Excellent understanding of supply chain processes and relevant software (ERP systems).

· Strong project management and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in MRP systems and advanced planning tools.

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

· Experience in an electrical products manufacturing environment is advantageous.
