We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process, from procurement and inventory management to order fulfillment and logistics. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain operations, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with company goals.
• Forecast demand, establish inventory levels, and develop production plans.
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify improvement opportunities.

Supplier Management:

• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Identify and onboard new suppliers when needed.

Inventory Management:

• Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
• Monitor inventory levels, lead times, and production schedules for optimal procurement.
• Develop strategies for managing obsolete or slow-moving inventory.

Logistics and Distribution:

• Coordinate and optimize logistics operations, including transportation and warehousing.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods while minimizing costs.
• Identify opportunities to streamline logistics processes and leverage third-party providers.

Continuous Improvement:

• Drive initiatives to reduce costs, optimize processes, and increase efficiency.
• Implement best practices, lean principles, and innovative technologies.
• Evaluate performance, track KPIs, and develop action plans for improvement.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.
• 5+ years of supply chain management experience in automotive manufacturing.
• Injection molding manufacturing preferred
• Experienced with SAP or simiklar MRP System

Strong Knowledge and Skills:

• Deep understanding of supply chain principles, best practices, and industry trends.
• Proficiency in supply chain planning, inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Leadership and Communication:

• Demonstrated leadership abilities to motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
