About Us:
The Business Intelligence & Reporting Lead will spearhead our efforts to harness comprehensive data, offering actionable insights and recommendations to support business objectives. This involves leveraging various tools & data sources to build a unified performance tracking, reporting & measurement dashboards/reports that enhances our ability to measure and assess performance, generate insights, and make decisions faster.
A strong emphasis on having one source of truth aligned across the E2E SC, available at the right time highlighting key areas of opportunities and challenges and driving insights for improvements.
Collaboration across all SC & Operations, procurement, finance, R&D and other business functions is vital for the success of this role, ensuring a cohesive approach towards reporting and analytics within the organization is critical.
Within our organization, the Business Intelligence (BI) & Reporting Lead role unit plays a pivotal role in shaping our strategic direction and optimizing performance. This unit is charged with merging deep business insights with advanced analytical and technical prowess to fuel data-driven decision-making across all facets of our supply chain. The team is tasked with pinpointing critical focus areas and swiftly improving decision quality, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.

As the BI & Reporting lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of our SC business intelligence and reporting solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and deliver insights that drive informed decision-making across the SC organization.
