NPW is seeking a highly organized, driven, and experienced Store Manager - Auto Parts Industry to join our team. If you enjoy mentoring a team and helping to create processes to improve efficiencies, then this is a great opportunity for you.
The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for monitoring the efficiency and effectiveness of current procedures, develop and implement operational policies, maintain store profitability by managing expenses to sales and oversee and support the inside sales team and local route drivers.

• Must have at least 3 years of working in the automotive industry.
• Must have one (1) plus years of management experience
• Possess strong communication and leadership skills

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Consistently lift/carry 10-20lbs
• Bend, reach, lift, & climb ladders/steps
• Stand and walk for the duration of the shift
